This new generation Protein A ELISA Kit is calibrated against the construct of MabSelectSuRe™ and should be used against all unnatural lower molecular weight constructs of Protein A. This kit features a new assay protocol that eliminates sample boiling and the subsequent centrifugation step, thereby reducing assay time by over 1 hour.
