PROCEDURE: Rabbits were immunized with highly purified EQKLISEEDL conjugated with KLH (C-MYC) and the resulting antiserum was collected. Specific antibody was solid phase adsorbed then immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing immunosorbent and conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. FITC/Protein Ratio = 3.0 – 6.0.
SPECIFICATIONS: This antibody will react with EQKLISEEDL as determined by ELISA and IEP techniques. It is suitable for blotting, ELISA and IF applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
